Dr Casey Fines: Dr. Fines was born and raised in Minot.  He pursued chemical engineering at University of Minnesota, where he was in the honors curriculum. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from University of Minnesota in 2003, where he was ranked fourteenth of eighty-six in his dental class.  While pursuing his dental degree, he held various leadership positions such as vice president of the local student dental association and volunteered at the Gospel Union Mission (a homeless shelter in St. Paul).

Dr. Fines practiced dentistry for several years in St. Cloud at Northway Dental, a private group practice.  He gained valuable experience working with six other general dentists and an orthodontist.  He is a recent graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute (www.misch.com).  He is ready to challenge the fellowship exam in the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. David Wells: Dr. Wells was born in Manhattan, Kansas.  He attended Kansas State University where he received a degree in Biology.  He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in 1975 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.Dr. Wells has been a member of the American Dental Association since 1975 and he has served as president and vice-president of his District Dental Society.  He has been on the Board of Head Start as a member of the Health Advisory Committee.  He has also served on the DSC Board (dental component of Blue Cross / Blue Shield).  He is also a member in the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped.

Dr. Neha Patel: Dr. Neha Patel was born and raised in Ahmedabad, India. she attended Dental School in Ahmedabad where she received her Bachelor's of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) Degree. During her dental education, she ranked first in her class of fifty during 1st, 2nd, and final year. She moved to California in 1994, where she pursued her California dental license and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). She practiced dentistry as an associate with two private dental practices in Southern California (Greater Los Angeles area) until 1999, when she moved with her family to Fargo to become a proud resident of this culturally diverse yet small community. After moving to Fargo, she obtained her dental licenses in North Dakota and Minnesota and began serving people, who are in need of dental treatment but are unable to afford one, through her employment at Apple Tree Dental (a non-profit entity) in Hawley, Minnesota. Dr. Patel is currently pursuing a Post Graduate certification in Contemporary Esthetic Dentistry through University of Minnesota, which will enhance her ability to treat patients with esthetic needs. Mary: Office Manager, Hometown:  Aberdeen, SD. Education/Experience:  Has been with Evergreen Dental since 1999; prior to that worked in the real estate and title industry. Hobbies/Interests:  Enjoys reading, sewing/quilting, most anything outside, spending time with family & grandchildren, and time spent with her husband at their hunting lodge at Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge in SD.

 

 

Amy: Registered Dental Hygienist, Hometown:  Cogswell, ND. Education/Experience:  Graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an Associates degree in science and Dental Hygiene and has been employed by Evergreen Dental since 2005
Hobbies/Interests:  Enjoys activities with her family, reading, camping, baseball, and spending time with her girlfriends.

 

 

Kelly: Certified Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant, Hometown:  Washburn, ND
Education/Experience:  Graduated from the Dental Assisting program at North Dakota State College of Science in 1998 and has been employed by Evergreen Dental since 2002
Hobbies/Interests:  Enjoys F-M Redhawks, UND Sioux, horses, and spending time with family and friends.

 

 

 

Jessica: Registered Dental Hygienist, Hometown: Campbell, MN.
Education/Experience: Graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene and has been employed by Evergreen Dental since 2007.
Hobbies/Interests: Enjoys fishing, boating, swimming, camping, and spending time with my family.

Education/Experience: Graduated from the Dental Assisting program at CentralLakes College, Brainerd, MN, in 2001, and has been employed by Evergreen Dental since 2007.
